“Letters Of Intent” with a $100.00 deposit and “Purchase Orders” on Park Model RV cabins are now being taken for any of our Park Model RV cabins, homes, chalets, or cottages and receive a lease for the 2009, 2010 and 2011 seasons on a professionally-landscaped RV site, that includes water, lawn irrigation system, sewer and 100 AMP electrical service. Pricing on our new standard park model RV cabins/chalets/homes with three years will range in price from $55k to $70k. (Skirting and upgrades to standard cabin floor plans are not included in price.) By purchasing one of the first 49 new park model RV cabin/chalet or home, you will also be given the first right of refusal on any of the new phase RV sites that will be constructed in the upcoming seasons.

The first 49 seasonal RV sites of phase #1 will be available for use beginning May 1, 2009. All 49 RV seasonal sites will be priced at $3,000 per seasonal RV site, and $5000.00 per year round RV site. All year round RV sites will have four season water & sewer. The RV site leases will run from May 1st through November 1st for the 6 month seasonal, and Nov 1st to Oct 31st on the year round sites. Reserve your site now with a $100.00 deposit. All the sites will be a minimum of 3500 sq. ft, with some much larger.
