The Park Model Cabins & Site Lease Packages

Click on Cabins & Floor Plans to see some of the sample cabins offered by Rum River Estates. These cabin styles and floor plans are available and can be totally customized for your needs! If any of these floor plans on our site do not meet your needs, we would be happy to assist you on your park model floor plan.

All pricing includes the following:

• Park Model Cabin/Chalet/Home with all appliances, furnace & air conditioner. (Furniture is optional)
• The lease for the remainder of the 2008 season and the 2009 and 2010 seasons on the desired professionally landscaped site with irrigation system & double car driveway. The right of first refusal on new sites in upcoming years.
• Setup of your cabin and hitch removed (leveling and set on a pad).
• 100 AMP Electrical Service Hookup (No propane in the park. Park is all electric)
• Seasonal & Four Season Water & Septic (Depending on your needs). Four season sites will be additional cost. Contact for details.
• Membership of a private, secured park with all the parks amenities.

Note; Association fees will apply once park is developed. Association fee will be in addition to the lease. The association fees will be determined by the association at a later date, once the association is formed. All members are subject to a criminal background check. Association fee’s will not apply till 2010 season.
